Life is filled with serious challenges and experiences, and sometimes a sense of humor can lighten a situation and encourage a sense of detachment. When you find yourself emotionally wrapped up in a circumstance, try to find something humorous at that moment.
I know this can be challenging; however, when we allow humor to enter our mindset, we tend to drop our defenses and change our perspective releasing emotional attachment. Imagine the situation like a movie, viewing the individual’s behavior and the role they play, seeing it with no attachment nor judgment and allow yourself to laugh at human behavior lovingly. In doing so, you see the experience in a new light and attract loving and healing energy to the situation.
