Think you know what karma means? You may be surprised that the pop culture notion of karma as good and bad, has nothing to do with the practice of karma.
In this six-session program you’ll discover practical techniques that will help you control and master situations that otherwise might lead to stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, failure, or illness. Karma is a practical guide for improving every aspect of your life so that you live a healthy, successful and happy life, body, mind and soul.
Join Doctor Lynn – a Karma Master, Naturopath, Yoga Therapist, author and producer with over 35 years’ experience in the holistic health field.
Show up ready to enter her studio where you will find time to relax, listen, and learn the secrets of how to work your karma so your life works for you.
There will be short periods of breathing and gentle yoga movement.
Session 1 3/2: K – Karma – What it is and what it is not.
Session 2 4/6: A – Aims – The four daily aims that will bring you prosperity.
Session 3 5/4: R – Reincarnation – Why are you here; what is the meaning and purpose of your life?
Session 4 6/1: M – Maya – What is an illusion and what is real.
Session 5 7/6: A – Attribute – Nine attributes needed to master your karma and master your life.
Session 6 8/3: Work your karma – Putting it all together.
Align your purpose with your karma and you will discover the secret to prosperity and success.
Dr. Anderson holds a Ph. D in Natural Health and an N.D. with an emphasis in Aromatherapy, herbology and nutrition. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist and an adjunct Professor at LMU. She is the developer and owner of Kosmos Education, providing continuing education credits to health and fitness professionals. Dr. Anderson was the corporate educator for Aroma Vera, an international aromatherapy company. As such she traveled and lectured extensively both nationally and internationally.
She co-developed a weekly radio talk show about anti-aging and alternative medicine. She is a published author of a nutritional book for an international, several books on yoga and natural health and a contributing writer to the Journal of Longevity, as well as an advisory board member.
She has been a speaker at the Chopra Center of Well Being. Dr. Anderson is a faculty member to the American Council on Exercise and has presented at various conventions throughout the U. S. She has been featured in Shape, SELF, SPRY, Red Book magazines, the Chicago Times, as well as numerous other major publications and radio shows.
She is a contributing writer to the Huffington Post, Authority Magazine and Wisdom Times. Dr. Anderson is a Yoga Alliance registered teacher and education provider. She is a Spin certified instructor and a member of ACE, IAYT and POLY. She produced several fitness DVDs with international distribution; Doctor Lynn’s Anti-Aging Workouts; produced as a six-part TV show. She is the Author of the Soul Walking Series and The Naturopathic Wellness Series.
