Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of these things and still be calm in your heart. – Unknown
Today, I encourage you to practice living in a state of Peace and Serenity. In other words, strive to live one moment at a time filled with inner peace and calm.
How do we keep such emotions and thoughts of fear, anger, sorrow, and despair at bay? By going within and connecting to the one true nature that lies within and around us, God, The Universe, whatever you wish to name it. Once connected, focus your intention to illuminate the present moment emotion with light, dispelling the darkness.
The key is to be aware of what you are feeling in the present moment and harness the power of awareness to recognize you are in control of your own state of being and not a victim to thoughts that draw you into emotional attachment and energy draining experiences. Instead, choose, for example, a state of being that encourages sending enormous amounts of unconditional love and brilliant, radiant, powerful light filled healing energy to dispel all lower energies that create suffering and pain to that situation.
