Carol Pilkington, ORDM, Transformational/Spiritual Counselor, Transpersonal Astrological Counselor, Philosopher and Practical Mystic. Specializing in Emotional Intelligence with an emphasis on a wholistic approach to the wellness of the human psyche and unity consciousness.
Carol has over 40 years combined training in personal development and deep transformational work and has learned the secret of how to rest quietly and comfortably in the vast Unknown and to appreciate the mystery and wonder that Life is. As such, she is able to meet life’s challenges with ease, clarity and discernment as they arise.
With an eclectic background in spiritual, scientific, astrological and metaphysical teachings, systems and modalities Carol has the ability to present data and information and provide tools from many different disciplines that can be applied according to each individual’s needs as they arise.
She has her own transformational/spiritual counseling practice in the Los Angeles, CA area where she works with clients one-on-one and leads numerous Intensive retreats where individuals work in a group environment.
From Carol’s 30 years of working in the Corporate environment she cultivated practical skills in organizational and project management. As a result, Carol applied her vast range and ability to organize employees from the executive suite to the assembly line and train them on various communication technologies. She understands the hierarchical structure of organizations in which often times there is no intra/inter-departmental cohesion and co-operation. Carol has a vision to show that there can be a new way of operating that brings management, individuals and departments together in a cohesive, co-operative, collaborative and creative environment. This is a Win-Win-Win for the organization, departments and individuals.
Education and Certifications:
- Carol is a graduate of the Sher Institute of Astrology & Metaphysics, where she was personally tutored by the Founder, a Jungian Therapist, for over 20 years, providing her extensive training and experience in Jungian psychology, esotericism, General Semantics and Transpersonal Astrology, etc..
- She has taken numerous EST trainings (Erhard Seminar Training) better known now as the Landmark Forum.
- Carol holds a certificate in End of Life Care from the Twilight Brigade through the Veterans Administration which enables her to guide and show clients how to move through and beyond grief and loss so they can be more present to the life they are living now with joy and more energy.
- Carol is also an Ordained Non-Denominational Minister.

- Carol has received and been nominated for numerous awards such as Mentor of the Year, Women Who Make a Difference through the Los Angeles Small Business Journal.
- She has received two awards from two separate United States Presidents (Bill Clinton and Barack Obama) for her service.

Philanthropy is an important part of Carol’s life and as a member of the Education Advisory Board, she creates and conducts workshops, courses and roundtable discussions which provide seniors and their loved ones resources and tools to achieve physical, mental and emotional well-being in order to age with grace and dignity.
