LMTV #245: Strong Body, Flowing Soul (Tara De Leon)

May 15 @ 1:00 pm - 2:15 pm EDT

FREE

At Life Mastery TV, we cover many topics that have to do with mental, emotional, and spiritual issues. This time, we’re going to focus our attention on physical well-being—with an intention of facilitating our overall personal growth.

It’s easy to forget that our bodies are not just vehicles for strength and agility; they are also sacred temples that house the essence of our spirit. There are many ways to keep the body in peak physical condition, but a common element that can be useful to anyone regardless of body size, shape or structure is Movement.

Movement is certainly a series of physical actions that we can perform at almost any level of difficulty. But more than that, movement can serve as a sacred practice that connects us to the divine essence within us and around us. Whether through yoga, tai chi, aerobic exercise, dance, or any other modality, movement has the power to activate our spiritual senses, grounding us in the present moment and opening the channels for divine energy to flow through us. By approaching movement as a form of spiritual practice, we can transcend the limitations of the ego and tap into a deeper reservoir of inner wisdom and guidance.

For this episode of Life Mastery TV, I’m delighted to welcome another newcomer to the program. Tara De Leon is a personal trainer, professor of Health, Fitness and Exercise Studies, podcaster, speaker, and author. Tara has helped hundreds of women build confidence by teaching them how to lift weights and get strong, healthy, and empowered. She is going to share some of her wisdom about bringing fitness and movement into your life on a regular basis. Here is a sampling of what we plan to discuss:

* Finding Time for Fitness
* Movement Facilitates Resilience
* Movement VS Body Image
* Stress Reduction

It’s essential to remember that true wellness encompasses heart, body, mind, and spirit in harmony. By embracing movement as a form of spiritual practice, you can tap into the boundless reservoir of inner strength and wisdom that resides within you. Learn to move with intention, presence, and surrender, trusting in the natural flow of life to guide you on your journey of spiritual evolution.
