Pain Management Pilates Seated/Chair Session

Join me for a Pilates Session that is performed mostly seated- with a few options to stand and use your seat as a prop!
This session is perfect for individuals who are unable to easily move onto the floor/mat but still want to practice their mobility and strength! It is also a great way to learn how to sneak movement into your work day!
