FREE

In recognition of Suicide Prevention Month, we turn our hearts and attention to youth suicide prevention. On September 27th, we gather as a community to support our loved ones, helping them find hope during their darkest moments and encouraging them to choose life. This month offers us a powerful opportunity to challenge stigma, offer encouragement, and share life-saving resources with those affected by suicide.

The Wellness Universe invites you to join us for an open and heartfelt conversation with experts about mental health and suicide prevention during our special event, Take My Hand: Supporting Youth. This live, online event will take place on Friday, September 27, at 11 AM Eastern / 8 AM Pacific. Together, we can make a difference.
