@LeahSkurdal & all – Music from an outside source – you need to have the rights to play.
If you share a YouTube video for the source, the youtube video will not be in the recording, but the link and audio will be.
Any suggestions from anyone on this?

Hi Susan – we set these up under The Wellness Universe Instructors account. The first Leaders meeting we explained this as many were confused.
Have you watched the recording of the 1st Leaders meeting – those meeting are SUPER important and helpful.
NEW TIP: Set up sessions and need to change the Title? Duration? Date?
Go to edit class and go to second page that will show your classes. Although you will not see an obvious place to click, click on the info you wish to change: Title, for example, will allow you to type a new title. Class length will reveal a drop down to change the length. Clicking on date opens the calendar.

Hi all – All people in your session will be recorded. They have made an update per my request so that you do mot need to make anyone a moderator.
Please Remind your students that they are being recorded.
How I have seen this successfully done is by breakout rooms. Create breakout rooms and then bring people back into the class. I don’t know how this appears on recordings, I have never done a test when breakout rooms are in session and you can stop the recording while they are and then ask people to share when they come back in knowing they are being recorded after they’ve come out of their breakout rooms.
Additionally this adds to being connected with your students in between live sessions in which you can engage with them in a private group or another private session in between.
Your ‘homework’ can be the work the do and bring to your support session that may not be recorded.

Hi David – It did work on a session I reviewed. A few things could be at play: They only grated the WU account this patch or it reverted.
