    Exercise Reduces Food Cravings – Is It Real?

    Okay, admittedly, I am definitely NOT an exercise guru, nor do I exercise as much as I should. However, that doesn’t mean that exercise won’t help you to conquer your cravings.

    Studies have shown that forty five minutes of exercise in the morning (even just a nice brisk walk) will reduce food cravings and also tends to cause you to be more active during the day. How’s that for a true win win?

    Sounds to me like the coach just got coached! Okay, I’ll do it. A morning walk for me it is! Who’s joining me?
