    It’s 3pm and you’re starving! What do you do? How can you stay on track?

    Here are four (4) portable, nutritious and delicious options to pack in your purse:

    Roasted unsalted (or lightly salted) cashews, pumpkin seeds or almonds
    Apple, peach or pear
    Baby carrots, celery sticks, cucumber slices and some grape tomatoes
    Hard boiled egg
