Along with my own businesses, I work in a restaurant, and every time someone chooses a “diet” cola, it sends shivers down my spine…some of the customers are “getting” it, but cola in general is an awful thing to put in our bodies. Thank you for bringing more attention to it!

I LOVE essential oils! Been using them for about a year and a half. My current favorites include Lavender and Peppermint, but also love Wintergreen (helps with reducing inflammation), Frankincense (for many reasons) as well as a few blends I have from Young Living. And, diffusing is a fabulous way to include oils on a daily basis. Love & Light!
