I’ve lost a total of 60 lbs through counting calories. I thought it was enough. But I still have a layer of fat in my belly that even with lifting weights and running as well as counting calories, won’t budge. It has been annoying. Three days ago I started a new plan that focuses on eating real food and cutting carbs and sugar as much as possible. It’s only been three days and already my belly has shrunk! For a while now I’ve meant to pay more attention to my diet. Because that’s where true health lies.
Food either fuels you or it fools you. I turn 50 next month and I’m going to be in the best shape of my life! farmer
