I am a NY and FL State Licensed Psychologist and Life Coach who considers herself to be a "Wellness Psychologist."  My first book, "Total Wellness for Mommies" is available on amazon, and my second book "Wisdom from the Universe" will be out in June 2020.  Although I trained as a generalist, I specialize in eating disorders, medical illnesses, anxiety/depression, and narcissism/gaslighting.  In addition, I travel around the country doing workshops for big and small businesses and have been interviewed on TV.  I am committed to bringing mental health to those who need it and offer a sliding scale.
