In 2006 I fell and herniated a disc in my lumbar spine which was life changing. In 2008 I began managing an Ayurveda and Yoga Healing Center, where I received my Yoga Teacher Training Certification with Mas Vidal. I also received my 500 Hour Ayurveda Counselor Certification as well. I'm also initiated as a Reiki Master. I love sharing this ancient wisdom from The Vedas!
