Good day to you, too, Felicia! I am currently "residing" behind the most delightful RV dealer--Affinity, Prescott, AZ! (My son chides me that most RVers stay in RV parks; me? I'm at the dealership! My van has needed some important repairs, and they happily have allowed me to stay with my van since I'm full-time.) While here, I've been catching up on some life details and continuing the final research for my book, Emotions in Motion. It's designed as an "umbrella" book, to be followed by 8 more in the series, each on a specific emotion or emotional "group" (such as Intimacy--which is not an actual emotion--tied in with Love). While I live aboard a 24 foot RV (with my dog, Pi), I'm having lots of company this summer! Just spent two weeks with my daughter, Liz (N.C.), awaiting the arrival of my 10 year old granddaughter, Ava (from CA--we're heading to the Grand Canyon and The Great Sand Dunes National Park), and will be joined later by sister, Martie (Dallas) to do some high-altitude hiking in Colorado! After that, who knows? Excited to finally share the amazing information and work I've developed with emotions, helping people to know how easy they are to work with, why we've been equipped with them, and how to beneficially partner with the emotions that arise in us. I've been making and learning to make videos, too. I feel "poised" to share with the world and continue (at age 75) to do my part to make it a better place. It's been wonderful to meet so many regular folks as I travel back and forth across the US and Canada. It's amazed me how many people are interested in, working with, and sharing Spiritual ideas, concepts and actions. Like the RV camp host in Prescott, AZ, who on his own studied Esther Hicks, then used her ideas to counsel people who were living on life's edge who were given two weeks of free lodging (a tent!) at his campground. He saved many from suicide, murder, and depression. As a 45 year psychotherapist, I stand in awe of this! IMG_2187

This way of looking at what goes on in life has transformed everything for me over the last 35 years! I have used it in Coaching and Psychotherapy, and as my roadmap for understanding everything that comes up the lives of others, and in my own life. When I recognize my experience as an "opportunity to learn," there is curiosity and adventure in the place of fear, pain and shut-down! 14-3-School

Seymour once challenged me with this. Easier said than done...MUCH easier!! It led me to draw on myself to step up to his challenge..... Slide19

It's time to take a swim in your personal river. Come on in and explore your emotions--the water is fine! 14-Quote-18

My current life: On the road with my Sprinter Van. The view from my van--my daughter's yummy veggie garden and pool. The maltese dogs, one of which is the mother of my little Maltipoo, Pi. After they were shorn, and before when they were fluffy, sitting on the lap of my grandson, Andrew! You're looking at a young man who is aiming to become a rocket scientist and is starting the pre-eminent school for learning same this Fall. I'm proud of him! IMG_0796IMG_0819IMG_0818IMG_0805
