    I am reading Lighten Your Load by Karin Kiser. It’s a self-help book that has 35 simple ways to reduce stress, toxins and clutter. She wrote about the 5 types of toxins, 1 of which is emotional like fear, anger & holding a grudge. In the first chapter, she reminded us to drink enough water every day.
