Delivering double-digit bottom-line growth to organizations by integrating my unique licensed and trademarked methodology (that is being referred to by global leaders as the secret Coca Cola recipe for business transformation and success) into your business processes and technology platforms. I use a complex cocktail of psychology, EQ, AI and commercial acumen to identify the secret gems that have helped organizations become trillion dollar businesses.
I have a vast knowledge of many sectors, having led the customer experience strategy for the Rail industry and been involved in the growth and turnaround of organizations such as Marks and Spencer and Tesco. Additionally, I have successfully delivered acquisition, international growth and new market entry for many FTSE 500 companies, across heavy civils, construction, facilities management, energy, telecoms, hospitality, and technology.
