Do you know who the true you is? Introspection has become a source of energy for me. I won’t say my identity was taken from me at age 4, but I will say it was altered (unfortunately before I knew who I was). That alteration created much inner turmoil that was seen by no one but felt by me and manifested in many ways (including chronic pain, depression, etc.). It has been and continues to be a journey, that’s for sure.
