On the Negative Talk in our Minds........ Infinite are the pathways from Fear to Love Consciousness..... none better or worse per se indeed, 1 individual may enlist a multitude of pathways often, the choice thereof dependent upon the specific "self talk" being experienced. Sometimes we find ourselves in a position wherein we have the "space within" to hold a conversation with the "voices" of fear that are assaulting our minds, our openness to the "voices" of love apparent enough, our connection thereto strong enough to allow for such a conversation to occur...... Sometimes we find ourselves in a position wherein there is no space within, wherein the onslaught of negativity we are feeling assaulted by so overwhelmingly huge, breathing itself can seem a difficult task to accomplish...... Infinite are the pathways through fear consciousness to love consciousness, and yet...... regardless of wherein we find ourselves, whilst feeling "under assault" -- taking the dedicated energy to commit one's self to imbuing [learning, training, practicing] self with tools to cope with these situations when we Are Fully Open to Love Consciousness all~ways a positively enhancing conscious choice. I shared this article in 2015 on Samhein ( Halloween ) however...as it came to my awareness in this now and I was moved by what I read, I thought there no better time to share it with all of you onederfull Earth Angels Divine here..... No matter what time of year it may be, it is all~ways the best time to send forth our love's gratitude and blissings to those we cherish in our lives, and ..... beyond*** Blissings you enJOY the read and Share the Love*** ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ " I call upon my loved ones who have transcended the physical [died] OFTEN....... and much of that "often" is me seeking their guidance, their counselling, their assistance in things i am dealing with here on the physical plane....... I do so because for me, they have a greater, more detached, "global" if you will, perspective from which they are 'viewing' things, and hopefully my ears are open enough to the whispers of their counsel, and my life to the energetic flow of their love...... [i also believe their "energetic flow" more "unobstructed" as a result of their "station" in "life" -- less fear, more love, more affect therefore thru love.....for love.....] Another "much" of the "often" I call upon my loved ones, is to express my gratitude to them for being, for having lived upon our earth school with me, and the gift of their experience in my life, and for continuing to be with me, even now, in this newly formed relationship we share..... and............"much" of the "often" I send them blissings for their well being, their enjoyment, their highest happyness, and greatest love's bliss wherever they may be........and whatever bliss is to them in the now of their beingness --- as I have coined my latest term, their "fabyoubliss".*** I must admit however, it does feel like I call upon them "more of the more often" to assist me.......... [could just be cuz i'm more "intense" in those times with my expression.......feelings more "tense" myself 😉 ] whatever it is, as Samhein / Halloween approaches, our globallly celebrated, "day of the dead", day wherein we acknowledge that maybe, just maybe, we are not the "only ones" that exist in this vast, indeed infinite cosmos of ours, I like to consciously ensure that during this time, of all times, I am sending forth my blissings to my transcended loved ones, my gratitude, my "prayers", my love, and inviting them in, ever "more" [consciously, "physically realized" in our interactions with one another ie: greater auditory, sight abiltiies when we do communicate] to my life, especially during this sacred "time" wherein the veils of perceived separation are thinned if not raised altogether, in our celebration of the divine, on Samhain**** <3 <3 " ~~ RSL ( 2015 ) More love's wisdom available through: www.RhondaSherylLipstein.com TREE-OF-LIFE2purpleSMALL

" You are not defined by your past or your perceived future. You are defined by the choice you make in any given NOW. What does this mean ? If you want to be the person you love yourself to be you can make that CHOICE right NOW, and if you do not in this ‘now’, you get another chance in the next NOW….. Capiche? You can not BE who you love yourself to be if you are so busy holding on to all the parts of you that are not who and how you love yourself to be. If you want to be who you love yourself to be you have to start to OWN That definition of you each day, more and more, reMIND you of WHO YOU ARE. And yes…..believe it or not, YOU GET to decide who you are…. Yes, YOU! So…..who are you ? Who do you want to be? Who are you going to be? What “Me” are you fostering into being ? You get to choose, you get to decide….. in every given now — you can change your mind — but! if you are the one who gets to choose then why not choose a ‘you’ , you love ? Makes sense, no ? Okay so let's give some energy, attention, and effort to this decision then, shall we? Who is this ‘me’ ? How do they act? What do they look like? Sound like? Smell like? Talk like? Move like? How do they spend their time? With whom do they spend their time? Take some time to think about WHO this “Me” that is the “Best Version of You” you love yourself to be IS and then…day by day you can start to foster this “you” into materialized beingness…. Bliss! Loving our Physical Bodies Have YOU ever had a conversation [a LOVing conversation, NOT one where you are screaming and yelling in disgust and anger and upset] with yOUR body??? A conversation, communication with yOUR body as if it IS another entity and yet still YOU? A conversation with yOUR body in which YOU are offering it gratitude for providing YOU the means by which YOU are here upon this earth school experiencing life? A conversation with yOUR body in which YOU are asking it what it requires and desires, how it IS feeling, and more over LISTENing to yOUR body when it IS speaking to YOU? [ie: I’m full, I’m hungry, I’m thirsty, I’m dirty, I’m in need of movement, relaxation, etc….] If not, doncha think it’s time ya did??? Our bodies are in a symbiotic relationship with us and it IS important that we take notice of this and treat our relationship with our bodies with the same gusto and care that we provide to any of our “important & intimate” relationships. Our bodies are our signalling systems, not just for their needs but also for our needs on higher//more expanded//more subtle levels of consciousness. Want to KNOW what the “right” thing for YOU to DO IS in any given situation.……..you don’t have to turn to tarot cards, lunar phases, professional experts, or any other external ‘clues’ – the answers are ALL withIN YOU. YOU KNOW what IS best for YOU in ANY given situation…….it IS just a matter of ensuring those lines of communication to yOUR KNOWing self are OPEN and Clear…….and these go through our physical vessels……[specifically the Pineal Gland for higher/more expanded levels of authentic, intuitive KNOWing]. Sooooooooo get into a healthy LOVing relationship with yOUR body- start showing some respect, giving love and providing tender care and YOU WILL see the AWEsome difference it DOes make in yOUR entire life as a result.
