Do you think you dress in your essence and understand what this means?
I did not understand what this meant until I went on a journey to find out! I thought I knew who I was and why would dressing be any different than making a decision on what I was conditioned to wear. I have blonde hair and blue eyes, so I am told that blue is a good color for me! Done! This is what my experience when I was young and out shopping.....was it yours?
I have boughten a lot of blue clothes during past years and I don't wear them all, some I just don't feel good in. Why? It's not just about the color and besides that how many blues are there anyway and which one is right for me?
LOL! The things we go through when buying a new outfit for a new event! Especially when we want to make a good impression or we are in front of others selling our expertise, on the stage, at a business meeting, or networking.
Dressing in your Essence is dressing authentically. You know, that inner deep down person you are at your core! It is important to be seen "put together" in alignment with your core essence because this is how your true self will shine for others to see you (and find you). The visual picture of who you are on the inside can paint a picture that can express your message before you even speak!
#DressYourEssence #EssenceTruth Do-you-think-you-dress-in-your-essence
Currently I am deep into writing my book and taking breaks to paint. I find that staying in the creative process one way or another helps all my projects to flourish even greater than working on them separately. Working with clients in the past, I came to truly believe that what is going on in one area of life, heart, mind, body, and spirit, is going on and shows up in all areas. Appreciating this awareness of treating the whole person and not just one area is crucial in maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit. That brings me to applying the same belief to my creative endeavors.
I connected to the essence of who I am through my heart and realized, in all my work, my strength and message involves connecting to the heart. I have explored this from different angles and I have recently acknowledged this in simple terms, "I am an Expressionist of the Heart", this was a quote of mine that I expressed a few years ago and now I have come to know how much this quote sums up all my passions and it is the underlying foundation of everything I create.
My current painting has revealed it's name: "A Winter's Storm of Hearts". When it is completed I will share a picture. My current book has made some twists and turns along the way. It encompasses my work on how to Dress Your Essence and it has evolved into incorporating how to Connect to your Essence in a way to know your heart and how your Essence is the connector to all parts of you and how you show up authentically. From this understanding, the heart of your Essence shines through knowingly and purposefully to expose your authenticity in visual terms. Your vibration is real and to support the vibration of your Essence visually helps you to shine for those who are meant to find you! My Essence speaks through my heart as I write my book. It will be released by this summer. If you wish to know more about my book I will be posting more about it soon.
Have a wonderful weekend!
