    SUBCONSCIOUS PATTERNS AND LETTING GO
    This is a great time of transformation; through next week it is a really good time to ‘go within’, not to resist the change. If you are having a hard time letting go, start with having at least a little bit of a meditation practice. You can start off small: Making the commitment to sit for a few minutes once a day and simply FOCUS on your breath and breathing.

    If it helps you to focus better, you can say in your head, “Breathe in, Breathe out”, over and over. Chances are if you commit to this practice, you will do it more often than once a day. Because it will FEEL that good. But start with once a day, it will be easier to commit to if you do it that way.

    When you ‘go within’ and meditate, you will find that random thoughts will come in. Don’t fight them, don’t get upset with them. Observe and be mindful of them. A lot of these ‘random’ thoughts are subconscious thought patterns. Our subconscious is what runs in the background when we are busy or distracted focusing on other things in our lives.

    What are your subconscious thoughts saying to you? Our thoughts create our reality. Are the thoughts that are popping into your head what you really want to be creating more of?

    Let’s say you are doing your breathing exercise and a random thought comes in that money is a problem. This is likely a subconscious thought pattern that you repeat to yourself when you aren’t even paying attention. Once you recognize what these subconscious patterns are, you can replace them with thoughts that you WANT to see manifest in your life. And repeat those positive and affirming thoughts to yourself consciously until it becomes a habit. And becomes your NEW subconscious thoughts.

    So, “Breathe in, Breathe out” to release the old and make way for the new. And so that you can begin to consciously choose your thoughts wisely and co-creating the life you want to live!
