    6 THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT CHANGING YOUR VIBRATION
    Do you blame? Do you victimize or martyr yourself? Do you believe the world is broken and needs fixing (or that you are broken and need fixing)? Do you allow and seek your happiness from outside yourself? Do you get sucked into thinking negative thoughts when you are around negativity, or do you transmute that energy and think about how great parts of your life are? All of these things create your vibration, your next steps, and your life.

    I write a lot about raising your vibration, staying in your own energy and manifesting what you really want for your own highest and BEST good. But what does that all mean in a nutshell? Here are 6 things you should know to help you with shifting and elevating your vibration:

    1⭐ Breathe. Every 90 minutes~ Or during your work breaks. Or, during your daily or weekly self-care time. Or, when you are angry, stressed, frustrated, sad, anxious~ stop what you are doing for just 2 minutes and practice breathing. Inhale deeply through your nose, all the way into the bottom of your belly. Feel your belly expand. Relax your body, untense your jaw, let your shoulders and arms fall. Exhale deeply through your mouth, releasing all your breath, and feeling your belly contract. Do this for 5 breaths every 90 minutes. That’s it. Just for today (or tomorrow) ~ try it. I promise you will notice a shift in your energy and vibration. Try it for a week, or a month, and you just may change your whole life 🙂

    2⭐ Realize and ACCEPT that you are a powerful creator. When you come to this place of empowerment you CAN change anything about yourself or YOUR circumstances. Then things WILL change. They HAVE to. If you really ‘get it’, your vibration will be shift, it will be different. When you change your vibration things change.

    3⭐ Mind your self-talk! Talk gently to yourself, you are growing and expanding. Encourage yourself with your self-talk instead of tearing yourself down. You can do it and you can inspire yourself with how you talk to yourself. How would you inspire your best friend, your child, your partner? That is how you need to inspire yourself.     4⭐ “There are no problems, only solutions!”~ Solutions will not come through to you when you are making excuses, or blaming someone else for where you are. Solutions will come when you start to allow yourself to dream what your life would be and feel like if you took care of You. And what You are doing with your days (taking inspired action), instead of trying to control the days of other people. Remember, you cannot control other people, anyway.

    5⭐ Gratitude works like magic! Just like when we complain, we get more to complain about; when we practice gratitude we get more to be grateful for. When you go to bed tonight and when you first lie down, think of things you are grateful for. And when you wake up tomorrow morning, before you even get out of bed, think of at least 3 things you are truly grateful for.

    6⭐ Practice and celebrate more joy. Enjoy your life, enjoy family and friends, your work, enjoy yourself~ Practicing gratitude goes hand-in-hand with experiencing more joy. Play and be in your Now Moment. Being in a state of joy will bring more of a synchronistic flow in your life.

    It is time to raise your vibration (and so doing raise the collective vibration of the planet). And focus on Your dreams from a place of Love and gratitude, instead of from a place of lack. When you truly and fully start doing that AND taking care of you, you will be surprised at the positive things that will happen in your life.
