    6 THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT CHANGING YOUR VIBRATION Do you blame? Do you victimize or martyr yourself? Do you believe the world is broken and needs fixing (or that you are broken and need fixing)? Do you allow and seek your happiness from outside yourself? Do you get sucked into thinking negative thoughts when you are around negativity, or do you transmute that energy and think about how great parts of your life are? All of these things create your vibration, your next steps, and your life. I write a lot about raising your vibration, staying in your own energy and manifesting what you really want for your own highest and BEST good. But what does that all mean in a nutshell? Here are 6 things you should know to help you with shifting and elevating your vibration: 1⭐ Breathe. Every 90 minutes~ Or during your work breaks. Or, during your daily or weekly self-care time. Or, when you are angry, stressed, frustrated, sad, anxious~ stop what you are doing for just 2 minutes and practice breathing. Inhale deeply through your nose, all the way into the bottom of your belly. Feel your belly expand. Relax your body, untense your jaw, let your shoulders and arms fall. Exhale deeply through your mouth, releasing all your breath, and feeling your belly contract. Do this for 5 breaths every 90 minutes. That’s it. Just for today (or tomorrow) ~ try it. I promise you will notice a shift in your energy and vibration. Try it for a week, or a month, and you just may change your whole life 🙂 2⭐ Realize and ACCEPT that you are a powerful creator. When you come to this place of empowerment you CAN change anything about yourself or YOUR circumstances. Then things WILL change. They HAVE to. If you really ‘get it’, your vibration will be shift, it will be different. When you change your vibration things change. 3⭐ Mind your self-talk! Talk gently to yourself, you are growing and expanding. Encourage yourself with your self-talk instead of tearing yourself down. You can do it and you can inspire yourself with how you talk to yourself. How would you inspire your best friend, your child, your partner? That is how you need to inspire yourself. With Love and with grace. 4⭐ "There are no problems, only solutions!"~ Solutions will not come through to you when you are making excuses, or blaming someone else for where you are. Solutions will come when you start to allow yourself to dream what your life would be and feel like if you took care of You. And what You are doing with your days (taking inspired action), instead of trying to control the days of other people. Remember, you cannot control other people, anyway. 5⭐ Gratitude works like magic! Just like when we complain, we get more to complain about; when we practice gratitude we get more to be grateful for. When you go to bed tonight and when you first lie down, think of things you are grateful for. And when you wake up tomorrow morning, before you even get out of bed, think of at least 3 things you are truly grateful for. 6⭐ Practice and celebrate more joy. Enjoy your life, enjoy family and friends, your work, enjoy yourself~ Practicing gratitude goes hand-in-hand with experiencing more joy. Play and be in your Now Moment. Being in a state of joy will bring more of a synchronistic flow in your life. It is time to raise your vibration (and so doing raise the collective vibration of the planet). And focus on Your dreams from a place of Love and gratitude, instead of from a place of lack.     7 WAYS TO GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE Are you stuck in your comfort zone? Are you bored as hell in your life? Do you wake up some mornings and wonder what this is all for? Do you contemplate running away from home to some place more fun? If so, you are probably stuck in your comfort zone. I was there. I think it's a phenomenon with us humans sometimes (in my case it was a mom thing). I refuse to let my ‘comfort zone’ become ‘the rest of my life’, and neither should you. 1. Talk to someone you wouldn't normally talk to: a fellow shopper in the grocery check-out line up, a co-worker from a different department, your local postal carrier... 2. Take a class in something you would normally never consider. This works in more ways than one. It will get you out of the habit of doing what you usually do, and it will also help you with #1 and even #3 on this list. 3. Read a book that is completely differently than anything you have ever read before~ be open to the concepts it shares. We tend to only read things we are interested in. If once in a while you read something outside of your regular genre it switches up your energy and/or can just give you a different perspective. 4. Let one of your friends or your spouse plan a day or night out. Ask them to use their imagination and do something different. 5. Post one or more of your creations online (a photograph, craft, poem, article, painting, recipe, etc.). 6. Go 2 weeks without using anything but cash for your purchases. We have become so dependent on debit and credit cards that we lose track of what we spend. Knowing what you are really spending will help stretch that comfort zone. 7. Say "No" or say "Yes". If you are normally a very busy person and regularly do things for others whether you have the time or not, say “No” next time someone asks you to do them a favour. Even if you say, “No, I can’t I’m busy” or "No, I don't have the capacity right now", and then just take some time for yourself to relax. Or, if you usually say "No" when someone asks you to do something you’ve never done before, or go somewhere you have never been, say "Yes", and give it a try. You will never be able to live the life of your dreams from within your comfort zone. Change is uncomfortable, different is uncomfortable, even wonderful, fantastic, exciting, exhilarating and new are uncomfortable. Be bold, be courageous, be expansive!     🌏 OUR WORLD IS CHANGING: 4 THINGS TO REMEMBER 🌎 The world is changing. The energy of the planet and all her people has changed…we cannot live in a vacuum. People are tired of running on the treadmill that just a few on the planet have put them on. Too many people are waking up and listening and sharing online. “They” want to shut us up. BUT WE CAN BE THE CHANGE. We need to constantly grow, and change, and adjust. Without doing so, we won’t flourish. We will stay `stuck’ in all our old behaviours and ways of thinking. That will create a ‘hell on earth’. Time to move, and to experience life on earth, as it is in the heavens. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW IS THIS: ⦁ The world is changing. ⦁ You may feel lost because you know your life/world is changing (could be with family, work, finances, or some other subject, but you feel change). ⦁ You likely feel as if you do not have a lot of control over things right now. ⦁ Everything will work out okay in the end 💖 WHAT CAN YOU DO?: ⦁ Keep your vibration as high as possible. ⦁ Sometimes when you do not know what to do next, the best thing to do is nothing. Live in the moment and allow yourself to feel gratitude for what you have, to feel love for those around you, anything to help you feel the best you can in any given moment. ⦁ A lot of us in the world (and in other dimensions), are focusing on love and peace and it IS having an impact. Do not let anyone tell you that you and your energy does not matter, it DOES, more than you know, so focus on your heart.     THE ONLY NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION YOU NEED There is one thing you can do for yourself this year that is guaranteed to change your life. It can change your life so drastically that it will feel like magic. Make the New Year’s Resolution to pay attention to what you are thinking and saying and how you are phrasing it. Then re-phrase things where necessary. They don’t always teach this in “Manifesting School”, but being unaware of what you are manifesting is the biggest block to happiness and success for most people. How you phrase things, and what you say you want can make all the difference in the world. What is it you want? Be clear on that. Most of you when asked what you want, will list off a bunch of things that you DON’T want. It seems to be human nature to phrase things that way. To begin manifesting what you DO want, instead of manifesting what you DON’T want, start replacing your negative thinking and self-talk with more positive thinking and self-talk. 6 POSITIVE THINKING EXAMPLES FOR MONEY, LOVE & HEALTH “I desire to be financially comfortable.” “I will save $20 this week.” “I wish to share my life with someone who loves and respects me as much as I love and respect them.” “I know there are good single people in the world.     PT. 3 ~ PEACE, LOVE, JOY 🌞: RAISE YOUR VIBRATION II Just like our energetic bodies, sometimes our homes get all gunked up with lower vibrating energies too. We have people that visit us or, people who live with us that come into our spaces and bring some denser vibrating energies with them. Or, we get sick, angry, stressed or sad and lie on our couch for a few days watching television and sleeping and wind up with some denser energies in our living rooms. It is as important to clear out your home as it is to clear out yourself. And what better time than at the end of the old year and at the beginning of the new year for a fresh start! 7 THINGS TO HELP CLEAR NEGATIVE ENERGY FROM YOUR HOME As you do the things on this list, make sure you also holding the intention that ALL denser energies are clearing in your home and making way for the new: 🏡 Open your windows and let the rooms air out; 🏡 Dust and sweep in the corners; 🏡 Clear out some clutter (this includes old food sitting in back of your fridge and cupboards); 🏡 Bang pillows, shake blankets and move your furniture around a few times a year (if you don’t have enough space to change it then just move it for a day or overnight); 🏡 Sprinkle salt in the spaces that are a little denser (where you were lying while you were sick; the space an upset friend sat when they came over; the place where you or someone else plants their butt every evening). Let the salt sit for a few hours or overnight and then vacuum it up. You don’t need very much, just a few pinches. Salt is really good at sucking negative energy out of spaces; 🏡 Recharge your crystals by leaving them out in the sunlight or moonlight (under a full moon for greatest benefits) for several hours. You can surround your crystals with plants or bury them in the soil while they are being recharged; 🏡 You can buy some sage and smudge and listen to chakra or #aura cleansing music.     PT. 3 ~ PEACE, LOVE, JOY 🌞: RAISE YOUR VIBRATION I The new reality that we are moving into is one of happiness, love, enlightenment and an enjoyment of life. When what surrounds us does not hold the higher vibrating energies of love, peace, gratitude and joy it needs to be disowned, before we are able to raise our vibration. And live the life of the wonderful light beings that we are. Everything starts with one person. EVERYTHING. You can be of no service to anyone else if you are floundering in your own life. You need to take care of yourself and your own vibration and those around you WILL BE impacted in a positive way. You might not have money to give them, or you might not be able to save them from their own poor decisions, but you will have an impact on the whole. The more people on this planet that are holding a high vibration (and there are many now), the higher the vibration the planet will be. The higher the vibration of the planet, the less welcome the planet becomes to the denser energies. That is why it appears that things are falling apart. The vibration of the planet and the people on it is getting higher. It no longer supports oppression, and wars and control. The denser energies cannot flourish in a higher vibrating space. As these things are ripped away from the planet it can feel uncomfortable, like the whole world is going to hell. Thing is, the whole world is going to HEAVEN ON EARTH. Change is ALMOST ALWAYS uncomfortable. This is where your planet is right now ~ changing through discomfort. 7 WAYS HOW TO EASILY RAISE YOUR VIBRATION 🌞 Stop thinking about things you can do nothing about. There are a lot of things you can do, but there are a lot of things that are simply beyond your scope of control. If you keep thinking about them it just makes you more depressed. 🌞 Listen to (or read) Esther Hicks channeling Abraham. Or, listen to a meditation that you need to follow along with in you head. It will be hard to follow the meditation and think about something else at the same time. 🌞 Go for a walk in Nature. 🌞 If you are feeling particularly stressed and having a hard time getting out of my head, try taking a nap. 🌞 This is one I do OFTEN. Write yourself a list of things to do that will get you closer to what it is that you want. Keep the list simple. If you put too much on it you won’t do any of it. Start small~ with no more than 3 or 4 things on your list. There are many more things you may want to do but focusing specifically on this list keeps you from thinking about challenges. 🌞 Go out with a friend. If I think that by spending time with someone else will get you talking about what you DON’T want, or having you focus on the ‘problems’ you have, then make sure to spend some self-care time alone. 🌞 When you get out of bed, rather than think all the same old negative thoughts that you have had almost every day of your adult life up to this point, I want you to say to yourself “I’m Alive, I’m Alert, I Feel Great! ” If you can get that stuck in your head, much like you would get a song stuck in your head that woke you up with your alarm clock, it WILL improve your mood, your day, and your life (over time).     PT. 2 ~ PEACE, LOVE 💗, JOY: SPREAD IT AROUND Love is love. Love is accepting. Love is allowing ~ allowing someone to be all of themselves. Not just who you want someone to be. Love is Magic! As a collective, we need to focus on LOVE. Do not be afraid. We do not want a bunch of fear energy to permeate our planet. The governments may want that, the media may want that, but WE, do not want, nor do we need that right now. We need LOVE. So rather than saying, “They are wrong”, or “Jerks” (gas company executives, government, Trump, etc.), why not see them as the souls they are. And try saying, “Wow, they sure have chosen a difficult path in this lifetime”. They have no knowledge (remembrance) of home. Of the Light that we are ALL a part of. I can only imagine what a scary place that must be. Instead, let’s send them some Love, for without them, things would not be changing and evolving the way they are meant to. We too have the ability to create whatever we want on this earth. Our experience depends on what we are projecting. If we are projecting love, we will feel and attract love. If we are projecting fear, we will feel and attract more fear. If we make a conscious decision to FIGHT global warming, we are creating a fight. If we help to wage a “Fight against Cancer” we are creating a fight. “War on Terror” = WAR; “War on Drugs” = WAR. What about focusing on “being healthy” instead of “fighting disease”, peace instead of war? Most reading this want to have peace on earth. We want to feel good, we want to feel love. It IS possible. There are waves of peace flowing all over the planet. So many of us are focused on love and peace, and if you are not one of them, then now is the time to start. Be aware of where you are vibrating and projecting in every moment. No matter what is happening in your life, focus on feeling loving thoughts. Even if your circumstances do not feel very loving at this moment, there will be some spot in your past that you can focus on. A spot where you felt love, you felt safe, you felt happy. Remember and focus on that. What you focus on you create. If you focus on that it will change your vibration and bring more loving, safe, and happy circumstances into your life. We are very capable of creating whatever we desire here on earth. Let us all create from a place of Love instead of Fear and Anger. QUICK TIPS ON HOW TO MAKE A LOVE BALL: 💗 Firstly, take a deep breath, or 2 or 10~ it doesn’t need to be overly obvious. Just so you can really feel it (essentially, just keep up with a bit of deep breathing). 💗 Now you are going to ground your energy, this can be done really quickly by imagining there are roots coming out from your tailbone (root chakra) and feet that go deep into the earth. 💗 Then, feel Source energy coming down in through your open crown chakra. Just imagine it coming into your whole being and Aura. Imagine being encircled in loving Source Energy and light. 💗 Focus on your heart chakra. Allow the Loving Source Energy to pool around your heart centre. 💗 Now, this is the cool part….imagine that there is a ball of love energy that comes out from your heart and with your imagination, throw it right at the other person. (If you have ever seen the TV show Charmed that was on in the 90’s it’s just like that ~ just without the hand movements). All that is left is to watch the person’s energy change instantly. You have to try this, it is really cool! This works for everyone: neighbours, co-workers, people in stores, other cars if you are driving, spouses, kids. There are no limits. Don’t do it to manipulate anyone, after all love doesn’t manipulate, it loves! We need YOU. We need your LOVE. We need your positive thoughts and affirmations. WE can do this. WE can BE THE CHANGE.     PT. 1 ~ ☮️PEACE, LOVE, JOY: HOLD THE LIGHT Most reading this want to have peace on earth. We want to feel good, we want to feel love. It IS possible. There are waves of peace flowing all over the planet. So many of us are focused on love and peace, and if you are not one of them, then now is the time to start. Be aware of where you are vibrating and projecting in every moment. No matter what is happening in your life, focus on feeling loving thoughts. Even if your circumstances do not feel very loving at this moment, there will be some spot in your past that you can focus on. A spot where you felt love, you felt safe, you felt happy. Remember and focus on that. What you focus on you create. If you focus on that it will change your vibration and bring more loving, safe, and happy circumstances into your life. Hold the love and the light. Share love and share peace with those that need it (even if it is you, love yourself and allow yourself peace). Know that true peace comes from love, that peace comes from remembering Only Love is Real. Raise your vibration and of the space around you ~ Look for the light within yourself and others, and you’ll have more light in your mind, heart, thoughts and life. Hold this love in your heart and you will feel more peaceful. Let’s all focus on love and light and abundance, and love, and love, and love, and help the new manifestations and the new world arrive as peacefully as possible for as many as we can. Anything that ‘appears’ to be dark, or bad isn’t really ~ it is just absent of light. The more of us, the more of you, who can hold your light (love), the better. We need to be holding a space of love now. We can’t have fear and love at the same time. And we cannot have wars and love at the same time. If you want to feel more peaceful, hold more love in every moment. IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE FOR EVERYONE ALL AROUND ~ WE ARE POWERFUL. Don’t ever forget that. And do not let fear, anxiety, anger, etc. lower your vibration. QUICK TIPS ON HOW TO HOLD ON TO THE LIGHT 🕊️ Keep your vibration as high as possible (Do more of what makes you feel happy, joyful, passionate and empowered. Look for the good in others. Look for the good in yourself. Look for positive things. Focus on what you want instead of focusing on what is lacking. In order to raise your vibration, you need to look for good everywhere – you WILL find it!) 🕊️ Live in the moment and allow yourself to feel gratitude for what you have, to feel love for those around you.     EMPATHS PT. 5: EMPATHS vs. PSYCHIC VAMPIRES Not all the people we label a ‘psychic vampire’ are really a psychic vampire. Thing is, I have had people in my life that I thought were psychic vampires, but then I realized it wasn’t them it was me! I am a healer and a helper. That is how I was born and that is how I am choosing to live my life. It is my path and my job and it is how I support myself. What sometimes happens to people like me, and you if you are an empath, is that we care so much that when we get together with a friend (or client, family), that is going through a rough time we take on a part of their pain. WE TAKE IT. They don’t ‘suck the life out of us’ ~ we take it! For the average person, they can sit with someone and listen to their woes and be compassionate and be a good ear. This is helpful. For empaths, we tend to sit and listen, feel their pain, and then we take it and transmute it for them. Without them asking, without them taking, without them even knowing. Sometimes they may recognize that they feel way better after they talk to you; what they don’t know though is that you can sometimes feel horrible afterwards. You are now walking around in someone else’s energy. You may find you are sad, or have physical ailments come up, or just not ‘feel like your normal self’. You love the people in your life, but sometimes you really need to be alone ~ sometimes you find you even need to be alone for days or weeks! If you think you are an empath, and you think that there are psychic vampires around you, maybe it is time to empower yourself and learn to be compassionate and caring without taking negative energy, problems or ailments from others all the time. I understand how hard this can be ~ I still take on other peoples crap all the time and don’t even recognize it until later; but perhaps if you recognize this in yourself you will be better able to cope with being an empath. I suggest that before you go to certain places or hang out with certain people, you do a psychic protection for yourself. Then, if you don’t feel 100% well afterwards, do a clearing meditation. Whether it is to cut etheric cords, or to just generally clear out your aura, you may find it helps. Or you could take the advice that I got from my peeps and just stop it! Much Love!     EMPATHS PT. 3: HOW TO CONTROL YOUR EMPATHIC ABILITIES Being an Empath can be a wonderful gift, but if you do not know how to turn it off it can also be a curse. An empath who does not know how to turn it off or control it can tire you out, make you think you are sick, or have you feeling like you are so moody you must be crazy. I have always said that we can control our gifts. Here is a Visualization Meditation for those with Empathic Abilities. This will help you in coming back to your own energy: 🔹 First you need to come to the realization that you are an empath. If you know what it is and what you are, you empower yourself to now take some action. 🔹 You need to centre your energy and bring it back to yourself. Here is an article for Centering, Grounding and Protecting Your Energy. 🔹 Be aware of what you are feeling and when. Keep a journal of your feelings. You may find that certain people or places cause you to feel a certain way. A way that is not your ‘normal’ feeling place. 🔹 Bring your energy back to yourself. You can close your eyes and imagine your Aura. Focus on your heart centre and imagine your aura as an egg shape around yourself (a few feet out from your body). Set the intention that all your energy that you have given away is coming back to you. 🔹 In your mind’s eye look at your aura and if there are any open spaces see them filling back up with your energy. 🔹 Look and see if there are any energy cords attached to you and remove them (link to how to do this). Sometimes when we interact with someone we can attach cords of energy to them, or they attach them to us. Empaths are especially prone to getting energy cords attached to them because they give and receive energy so fully. Once you have taken the above steps you are well on your way to controlling your empathy. When you find yourself feeling someone else’s energy, just ground your energy, pull your own energy back to yourself and seal up your aura (in your minds eye). Awareness is key here. If you aren’t aware of what you are doing energetically you cannot control it.     EMPATHS PT. 2: SIGNS YOU ARE AN EMPATH The first step is to realize that you are an empath. When you take on someone else’s feelings, you feel it as if it is yours. If you don’t know you are an empath, you probably just wonder why you felt so good a minute ago and now you feel badly. Or, vice versa. Here are some signs that you are an Empath: 🔸 We all have times when we walk into a space and feel an energy of the place or the people in it. If you are an empath, you feel the energy more deeply. If the energy in a place is sad, you may almost feel like bursting into tears. You pick up on the energy and it feels like it is your feelings but it's not. 🔸 You are going about your day and everything is fine and you are quite happy with life. Your phone rings and it is a friend that is unhappy. You talk to your friend for a few minutes, and then for the rest of the day, you find you are unhappy too. You don’t just find yourself “being there” for your friend, you actually take on the mood and feelings of your friend. 🔸 You are around someone who is sick, and you start to feel a little sick yourself. You may not get 100% of their illness, you just find that when you are around someone who is sick, you don’t feel totally healthy. Or you get unexplained aches and pains around certain people. 🔸 Finding yourself in the role of counselor or confidante much of the time. Having people dump their energies onto you; they feel better, you feel drained. 🔸 You feel responsible for other people’s feelings.     EMPATHS PT. 1: WHAT IS AN EMPATH? Most people are familiar with the word empathy, however, there are many souls on earth who take empathy to a whole new level – these people are actual Empaths. Some of my clients are empaths and don’t even know it. Some empaths are told, “You are too sensitive”. Or, “Why are you worried about that?”. I am a HUGE empath. I feel things from friends, family, emails and phone calls. I am constantly having to ground my energy and consciously disconnect from other people. Some mornings I am really not myself and I kind of know it. I have feelings and thoughts that are not ‘normal’ for me. Or, I will have a physical feeling or ailment that I have never had before. On the one hand, I know it's not my ‘normal’, but on the other hand I feel it as if it is mine. Emotional, physical, spiritual, doesn’t matter what the subject, sometimes I just don’t feel like myself. So, an empath is someone who feels what other people feel. They don’t just feel for someone, they actually feel other people’s feelings and energy as if they were their own. Their energetic boundaries are not set and they take on all kinds of energies. When interacting with people you actually connect with their #Aura and can feel what they are feeling. You can transmute pain, discomfort, etc. for others~ they walk away feeling better after talking to you. This is why empaths often find themselves in counselor and confidante roles (professionally or personally).     THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS TIME Now this is a weird one for some of you. At the quantum level there is NO SUCH THING AS TIME. Hard for us humans in physical form to get our minds around this sometimes, but everything is happening NOW. All your past lives are happening now, your future is happening now, the past of your current lifetime is happening now. Every single clock I own has a different time on it ~ and they keep changing. My phone has a different time than my PC than my digital stove clock. Every analog clock I have seems to run either fast or slow. I might look at my analog clock in the living room knowing it's been running 4 minutes fast for the past week. And at the moment I look at it, it is 2 minutes slow ~ and then it changes back again. I asked my husband if he was changing them on me and he’s not changing them, either. It is because TIME itself is changing. Time is a man-made measure. Time is also a 4th dimensional energy. As the planet and her people ascend, time is ‘appearing’ differently. THERE IS NO TIME. All we have is now. No matter what is going on for you, focus on NOW. How you want to FEEL right now.
