I am a certified yoga teacher and health and wellness coach believing in a holistic approach to wellness, as it is more than just the food we eat that affects our health and happiness. I have created a 13 week coaching program that focuses on 13 areas to create a sustainable wellness lifestyle. I offer group coaching through this program that guides clients to create healthy sustainable goals for themselves surrounding nutrition and fitness, well-being, career satisfaction, personal relationships and their own areas of personal growth and happiness.
