Hi, my name is Carol and my business is called Healing from Within. I am a health professional with over 30 years experience as a physiotherapist.

A personal battle with a prolonged and debilitating auto-immune condition led me to question my health focus, and I have learned a great deal because of it.

I am now inspired to help others to take control of their own health destiny by combining traditional practices with a holistic approach.
My focus is always on addressing the underlying cause of problems rather than just treating a set of symptoms.
