A little bit more about Catherine….

Helping people feel better one by one
My first introduction is as a wife, mother of 7 and grandmother to 15. Joshua is my closest because he loves to visit and play with Gama. I love my family and spend as much time with them as possible. It is important to me that they are all happy and if they need my help I am there for them.
Although I am being financially supported by long-term disability, I am working toward healing and making my own income. I am doing so now as a Radio Show Host, an Inspirational Author and Speaker, and a Spiritual Coach. I help people feel better with my positive outlook and describing overcoming my own deep depression. I am an advocate for mental illness through my campaign “Brighten Your Day With Turquoise.” Turquoise, because it is a calming color and helps us think clearly. I help people realize they can do almost anything if they put their minds to it and understand how to live with illness and have a normal life.
