My name is Heather, and I’m a Yoga Teacher, Mom-Trepreneur, & Essential Oils Geek. To me, balancing time for family, work and yoga is pertinent in order to have a harmonious life. But that balance is challenging! As parents, we juggle so many balls that self-care often goes on the back burner. So my blog was created to nourish all who visit. After years of teaching yoga, I yearn to extend the benefits of this ancient gift to students (both experienced and new) everywhere. I’m passionate about sharing knowledge while continuously learning myself, and empowering people to establish their own practice.
