It has been a long journey through thorns and flowers.

Coming from a very humble background and initiating studies in rural schools, later I grew up at Kolkata (City of Joy and work-place of Mother Teresa). I completed my masters in marketing management from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University.

Starting as a front-line salesperson in 1973, later I handled a few senior-level executive assignments in a number of prominent multinational and Indian organizations. My last employment was under Her Majesty’s Government as a Trade & Investment Adviser.

In 1989, I found my calling in personal development training and established myself as a freelance speaker and trainer. Later, I qualified as NLP master, success leadership coach and Extended DISC behavioral analyst.
