Chaos around you generally reflect chaos in your thinking and energy field. When my house is a mess, I consider what I am thinking and feeling. Then I stop and breathe. If I need to then I meditate. It generally doesn’t take as much time as I think to organize and put stuff away. Then I can relax, think clearly and all of a sudden, everything falls into place. Clutter is a symptom that shows we need to pay attention. Thanks Ellie for bringing this to our attention.
