Today I feel very grateful to be alive. I was able to serve a reiki client this morning. I notice that my state of mind, and therefore body, improves while I am giving reiki. It is a win-win situation for myself and the client!
In this photo, I wanted to project healing energy to balance the chakras of anyone that views the photo. I will be starting a 7 Day Fruit Fast challenge this week, eating fruits that are the color of each chakra throughout the 7 days (Monday, Root, Red; Tuesday, Sacral, Orange; etc…)
