How Non-dairy Milk Reduces Inflammation
Did you know that calcium-rich dairy products are the leading cause of osteoporosis? That’s a crazy thought isn’t it? I mean for years, we’ve all been told how healthy it is to drink milk, right? Well, according to an article by Dr. Axe, he explains how conventional dairy causes an acidic (inflammatory) condition and actually contributes to higher rates of osteoporosis.
I can personally attest to the fact, that although I have never had any lactose intolerance issues, I have never felt better than when I stopped drinking cows milk.
