    How To Conquer Stress Eating

    Over the next three days I will be talking to you about the TOP 3 sugar craving triggers and how you can put a stop to them.

    What I hear most often from my clients is that stress is the number one thing that causes them to cave and give in to eating foods they know aren’t healthy for them.

    Stress eating is REAL….the struggle is REAL!!!

    So what do you do to stop the cravings in their tracks when you are feeling totally stressed out?

    The best thing you can do is to first of all, stop and breathe. Walk away for a few minutes and just close your eyes, relax and concentrate on your breathing. If you’re at work, go outside and walk around the building, breathe in the fresh air.

    Then, go have a big glass of water.

    You’ll be surprised how just doing those two simple things can help you to STOP reaching for that bag of chips or that donut.
