PT. 3 ~ PEACE, LOVE, JOY 🌞: RAISE YOUR VIBRATION I
The new reality that we are moving into is one of happiness, love, enlightenment and an enjoyment of life. When what surrounds us does not hold the higher vibrating energies of love, peace, gratitude and joy it needs to be disowned, before we are able to raise our vibration. And live the life of the wonderful light beings that we are.Everything starts with one person. EVERYTHING. You can be of no service to anyone else if you are floundering in your own life. You need to take care of yourself and your own vibration and those around you WILL BE impacted in a positive way. You might not have money to give them, or you might not be able to save them from their own poor decisions, but you will have an impact on the whole.
The more people on this planet that are holding a high vibration (and there are many now), the higher the vibration the planet will be. The higher the vibration of the planet, the less welcome the planet becomes to the denser energies. That is why it appears that things are falling apart. The vibration of the planet and the people on it is getting higher. It no longer supports oppression, and wars and control. The denser energies cannot flourish in a higher vibrating space.
As these things are ripped away from the planet it can feel uncomfortable, like the whole world is going to hell. Thing is, the whole world is going to HEAVEN ON EARTH. Change is ALMOST ALWAYS uncomfortable. This is where your planet is right now ~ changing through discomfort.
7 WAYS HOW TO EASILY RAISE YOUR VIBRATION
🌞 Stop thinking about things you can do nothing about. There are a lot of things you can do, but there are a lot of things that are simply beyond your scope of control. If you keep thinking about them it just makes you more depressed.🌞 Listen to (or read) Esther Hicks channeling Abraham. Or, listen to a meditation that you need to follow along with in you head. It will be hard to follow the meditation and think about something else at the same time.
🌞 Go for a walk in Nature.
🌞 If you are feeling particularly stressed and having a hard time getting out of my head, try taking a nap.
🌞 This is one I do OFTEN. Write yourself a list of things to do that will get you closer to what it is that you want. Keep the list simple. If you put too much on it you won’t do any of it. Start small~ with no more than 3 or 4 things on your list. There are many more things you may want to do but focusing specifically on this list keeps you from thinking about challenges.
🌞 Go out with a friend. If I think that by spending time with someone else will get you talking about what you DON’T want, or having you focus on the ‘problems’ you have, then make sure to spend some self-care time alone.
🌞 When you get out of bed, rather than think all the same old negative thoughts that you have had almost every day of your adult life up to this point, I want you to say to yourself “I’m Alive, I’m Alert, I Feel Great! ”
If you can get that stuck in your head, much like you would get a song stuck in your head that woke you up with your alarm clock, it WILL improve your mood, your day, and your life (over time). Add in a smile and a few deep breaths and the energy will be even stronger.
