Launched 3 new books and a revised and updated version of my first book which has won 14 awards. I am honored to be part of 3 compilation books, and 2 more will be published shortly. Another #1 HABIT book is coming out in Sept, and a new one is in the works. I was a soloprenuer that got autoimmune disease. The 2 #1 Habit compilation books are about tips for business and Ignition is about how I found my mission. My other 4 books are about toxins that I purged over a 5 year period to return to wellness. It Feels Good to Feel Good, is about where I found the toxins and what I replaced them with. Feeling Good Living in Community is about how I socialize and yet do NOT eat the American diet, how I eat in restaurants at others homes, how we travel by car, domestically, internationally, how I cook, how to save on healthy food, the joy of shopping at farmers markets. It includes how to do self care and the healing of nature, a secton on raising healthy children (since 53% are ill with a chronic illness) and a section on the importance of creating a low toxin environment for our pets. There is a desktop guide to stress, with 3 minute exercises to release the stress before it becomes chronic. Finally a Victory and Gratitude Journal to give a pat on your back for your victories great and small and also to record what you are grateful for each morning.Image3Image169
